Start with what matters

Before looking at homes, Liron takes the time to understand what matters most to you: your family, lifestyle, budget, timing and the things you are not willing to compromise on.

Experience the communities

A neighborhood can look perfect online and feel completely different once you spend time there. Liron encourages you to explore different areas and see how they feel at different times of day.

Especially when you are new to North Atlanta, she also helps you start making connections so the area feels less unfamiliar.

Feel confident about the offer

When a home starts to feel right, Liron helps you look at it honestly: what is good, what may be a concern, what the market says and where the risks are. Then she helps you decide how to approach the offer without feeling rushed.

Stay together through closing

From inspections and negotiations to financing, appraisal and closing, Liron stays closely involved. She keeps you informed, watches the details and advocates for you when something needs attention.

FAQ

Questions buyers, sellers and relocating families ask us

How do I choose between Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Roswell, Woodstock and Cumming?

Commute, budget, schools, lot size, lifestyle and the kind of neighborhood you want all matter. We usually narrow the list before touring, then compare a few areas in person so you can feel the differences rather than choosing from a map.

What does relocating to North Atlanta with your help look like?

A video call to understand your timeline and priorities, a short list of areas, video tours if you cannot visit yet, then a focused in-person trip. We also help with the practical side: utilities, movers, local services, and what to expect at a Georgia closing.

Do you offer services in Hebrew?

Yes. Both Liron and Jerry speak Hebrew, and we are happy to work in Hebrew or English.

How do you price my home for sale?

We compare recent closed sales, current competition and the condition of your home, then show you how buyers are likely to see the property at different price points. From there, we recommend a pricing strategy based on your timing and priorities.

What should I do to prepare my home before listing?

Usually less than people expect. We look at the home together and separate what is worth addressing from what probably will not change the outcome. Cleaning, decluttering, small repairs and strong presentation often matter more than expensive projects.

Can you help me downsize?

Yes. Downsizing is often a sale and a purchase that need to work together. We help you think through what comes next first, then plan the timing of the sale, purchase and move around that decision.

How long does it take to buy a home in North Atlanta?

From offer to closing is usually 30 to 45 days with financing. The search before that depends on inventory and your flexibility. We would rather you take an extra month than settle.

How is my agent paid when I buy a home?

Buyer representation is agreed in writing before we start working together, and the amount is negotiable. It may be offered by the seller, paid by you, or a combination, and we go through the options with you up front so there are no surprises. You will always know what is agreed before you tour a single home.

Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?

If you are getting serious about buying, yes. A pre-approval helps establish your real price range and makes your offer stronger when the right home appears. We can introduce you to responsive lenders if you need one.
