How do I choose an area of North Atlanta before I can visit?
Start from your daily life, not from listings: commute or airport needs, the kind of street you want, budget, and how much yard you want to care for. On a 30-minute call we turn that into two to four focused areas, then confirm them with video tours before you ever book a flight.
How long does relocating to North Atlanta usually take?
From first call to keys is commonly two to four months: a few weeks to narrow areas remotely, one focused visit to tour, then 30 to 45 days from accepted offer to closing with financing. Renting first for six to twelve months is a reasonable path too, and we help with that decision honestly.
Can you help me buy a home from out of state?
Yes. Much of our relocation work starts before you arrive: video walkthroughs, area orientation drives on camera, coordinating inspections and closing remotely. Georgia allows fully remote closings in most cases, and we have done this many times.
Do you work with relocation companies and employers?
Yes. Relocation professionals refer their clients to us and we coordinate with employer timelines, temporary housing, and household moves. If your company has a relocation package, we work inside it.
Do you offer relocation services in Hebrew?
Yes. Both Liron and Jerry speak Hebrew, and the whole process can run in Hebrew or English.
